13. Pricing, Payments, and Billing practices. You agree to be bound by the pricing and payment practices of http://www.zentaria.com. as stated below:

We accept payments for services through PayPal. You must comply with their payment process ( http://www.paypal.com) and Click4Advisor (http://www.click4advisor.com)
All charges are payable in United States Dollars. All Services provided via the Website are offered on a per minute basis. Further, Zentaria.com reserves the right to change its pricing and/or billing practices at any time, in its sole discretion.
Our billing practices are done through PayPal and Click4advisor (See our Privacy Policy statement.)

14. Disputes resolution. The procedural methods of resolving a disputed call with either Zentaria.com (Zentaria’s Younique Innovations) or Click4Advisor are as follows:

You must send a message from your Web Interface to Zentaria Younique Innovations within 48 hours of the call so disputed charges can be put on hold until the transaction dispute is resolved. Charges shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by Zentaria’s Younique Innovation and Phone carrier services. Zentaria’s Younique Innovations reserves the right to credit your account, in full or part for the disputed transaction in question. Credit will be issued to your account for use toward subsequent calls. Reimbursement is limit is two transactions per month with a maximum of $15 per transaction. Zentaria.com reserves the right to remove user from call list for abuse of claims.
Disputed call with Click4Advisor
You must send a message from your Web Interface to the Advisor within 48 hours of the call. Also, you should send a similar message to ‘Admin’ recipient so that we can put a hold on the transaction till the dispute is resolved. Charges shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by SPG Solutions. SPG Solutions reserves the right to credit your account, in full or part, for the disputed transaction in question. Credit will be issued to your account for use toward subsequent calls. Reimbursement limit is two (2) transactions per month with a maximum of $10 per transaction. (http://www.click4advisor.com)

15. Improper Use
In using, accessing/browsing http://www.zentaria.com you agreed not to engage in the following improper use of our Site:

Use the website for any fraudulent, harassing or offensive or illegal activity.
Engage in any activity that would impair the proper functioning of the website.
